摘 要:本文以1∶10 000基础地理信息数据为主要数据源,以自然资源调查监测业务需求为导向,分析了省级基础地理实体与地理信息数据的差异,研究了省级基础地理实体内容分类体系、基本属性和扩展属性、几何表达和实体间的关系,并通过研究多源异构地理信息要素数据转换基础地理实体的技术路线,构建了基础地理信息要素与省级基础地理实体间的映射关系,对实体进行了语义化处理,对存量地理信息要素数据转换基础地理实体数据的生产技术路线进行了探讨,以期为开展地形级实景三维省级层面的建设提供技术参考。This paper takes 1:10,000 basic geographic information data as the main data source,it ana‐lyzes the differences between basic provincial geographic entities and geographic information data,and studies the content classification system,basic and extended attributes,geometric expressions,and entity relationships of basic provincial geographic entities to meet the needs of natural resources surveying and monitoring.Moreover,it constructs the mapping relationship between basic geographic information elements and basic provincial geographic entities,and semantically processes the entities by studying the technical route for converting multi-source heterogeneous geographic information element data into basic geographic entities.And finally,it discusses the production technical route of converting existing geographic information element data into basic geographic entity data,so that to provide useful refer‐ences for provincial 3D real scene construction.
