摘　　要：对疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)评价指标在护理人力资源配置中的应用现状、面临的挑战及未来展望进行综述,旨在为我国护理管理人员在临床实践管理中应用DRG评价指标提供参考依据,进一步增强护理人力资源配置的高效管理。This paper summarized the application status,application challenges and future prospects of DRG evaluation index in nursing human resources allocation,so as to provide reference for nursing managers to apply DRG evaluation index in clinical practice management,and further to enhance the efficient management of nursing human resources allocation.
