摘 要:磷化处理作为改善金属零部件表面耐蚀性的一种表面工程技术而被广泛使用,但常因设计人员不了解磷化处理的种类、工艺要求、所形成磷化膜的性能特点等原因,导致选型设计时考虑不全面,未能根据使用目的和相关性影响分析对磷化处理提出具体要求,最终使零部件所在系统功能或可靠性受到影响。文章以轨道车辆转向架零部件实际工程应用为例,浅析磷化处理选型设计的重要性,供大家参考。Phosphating treatment is widely used as a surface engineering technology to improve the corrosion resistance of metal parts.However,due to the lack of understanding of the types,process requirements,and performance characteristics of the phosphating film formed by phosphating,the selection and design are not comprehensive,and specific requirements of phosphating treatment are not proposed according to the purpose of use and correlation analysis,ultimately affecting the functionality or reliability of the system where the parts are located.The paper takes the practical engineering application of bogie components of railway vehicles as an example to analyze the importance of phosphating selection and design,which provides a reference for designers.
