摘  要:钢管混凝土是一种承载能力高、塑性和韧性好、施工方便、耐火性能好、经济性优的结构形式,适用于受压为主的桥墩结构。本文总结分析了现有钢管混凝土桥墩结构,依托文蒙铁路(文山—蒙自)南溪河特大桥工程,给出了大跨连续刚构桥梁结构刚度控制指标。创新性提出了适用于山区铁路桥梁的上段钢管混凝土柱、下段混凝土的四肢格构桁架式组合桥墩结构形式,通过刚度对比,确定横截面形式和墩座尺寸,并通过风-车-桥振动分析验证结构的合理性。结果表明:客货共线铁路的大跨刚构桥控制纵向刚度在3500 kN/cm以上,考虑风-车-桥耦合作用时将横向振动周期控制在2.0 s以内,能够较好地满足桥梁结构设计要求。该结构形式满足结构受力要求,具有良好的车桥和风-车-桥振动性能。Concrete-filled steel tube is a structural form with high bearing capacity,good plasticity and toughness,convenient construction,good fire resistance,and excellent economic form,which is suitable for bridge pier structures mainly under compression.This article summarized and analyzed the existing bridge pier structures of concrete-filled steel tube and based on the Nanxihe Extra Large Bridge project of the Wenshan-Mengzi Railway,provided stiffness control indicators for large-span continuous rigid frame bridge structures.This paper innovatively proposed a four limb lattice truss composite bridge pier structure form suitable for mountainous railway bridges,consisting of upper concretefilled steel tube columns and lower concrete columns.Through stiffness comparison,the cross-sectional form and pier seat size were determined,and the rationality of the structure was verified through wind-vehicle-bridge vibration analysis.The results show that the longitudinal stiffness of the large span rigid frame bridge of the mixed passenger and freight railway is controlled to be above 3500 kN/cm.When considering the coupling effect of wind-vehicle-bridge,controlling the lateral vibration period within 2.0 s can better meet the requirements of bridge structure design.This structural form meets the requirements of structural stress and has good vibration performance of vehicle bridge and wind-vehicle-bridge.
