柴胡桂枝汤联合火龙罐对面瘫患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]通过观察柴胡桂枝汤联合火龙罐治疗(风寒袭络证)面瘫患者的面部表情,分析面部表情肌弹性,并探究其对社会功能的影响。[方法]将2021年1月—2023年7月医院收治的120例面瘫患者随机分为试验组60例和对照组60例,对照组给予火龙罐治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合柴胡桂枝汤治疗,连续治疗14 d。治疗结束后,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、弹性模量值、面神经功能以及社会功能的变化。[结果]治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.065,P=0.024);治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分、各表情肌弹性模量值、面神经功能以及面部残疾指数表(FDI)评分均明显改善(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡桂枝汤联合火龙罐治疗面瘫患者疗效较好,可疏通经络,调整气血,有效改善临床症状和社会功能,安全性较好。[Objective]To observe the facial expressions of patients with facial paralysis(wind-cold attacking collaterals syndrome)treated with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Huolong cupping,analyze the elasticity of facial expression muscles,and explore its impact on social function.[Methods]From January 2021 to July 2023,120 patients with facial paralysis admitted to our hospital were randomly separated into the experimental group of 60 cases and control group of 60 cases.The control group was treated with Huolong cupping,while the experimental group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction based on the control group.Continuous treatment for 14 days.After treatment,the changes in clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,elastic modulus value,facial nerve function,and social function were compared between the two groups.[Results]After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=5.065,P=0.024).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,elastic modulus values of various facial muscles,facial nerve function,and facial disability index(FDI)scores in both groups were improved(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Huolong cupping has a good therapeutic effect on patients with facial paralysis.It can unblock meridians,adjust qi and blood,effectively ameliorate clinical symptoms and social function,and have a better safety.
