摘　　要：目的:探讨转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、磷酸化-PKB(p-PKB)及Survivin在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选择2010—2018年江西省妇幼保健院行手术治疗的90例卵巢浆液性肿瘤患者术后标本蜡块,包括40例卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤及50例卵巢浆液性癌,采用免疫组化法来观察其TGF-β1、p-PKB及Survivin的表达水平,并分析其表达水平与卵巢浆液性癌临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:TGF-β1、p-PKB及Survivin在卵巢浆液性癌组中的阳性表达率高于卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤组;TGF—β1的表达水平与肿瘤分期及肿瘤的种植/转移有关;p-PKB及Survivin表达水平与肿瘤的分期、肿瘤种植/转移及病理学分级有关。结论:TGF-β1在卵巢浆液性癌组织中呈高表达,且表达水平与肿瘤临床分期及种植/转移密切相关,提示TGF-β1与卵巢癌的发生、发展及转移密切相关,这一过程可能与PKB信号转导途径的激活及下游的Survivin表达水平增高导致的凋亡抑制有关。Objective:To investigate the expression of TGF-β1,p-PKB and Survivin in ovarian serous cancer and their clinical pathologic significance.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of TGF-β1,p-PKB and Survivin protein in 40 ovarian serous cystadenoma and 50 ovarian serous cancer samples in the hospital from 2010 to 2018.The expression levels of TGF-β1,phosphorylated-PKB and Survivin were observed by immunohistochemistry.And the relationship between expression levels and clinicopathological parameters of ovarian serous carcinoma was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of TGF-β1,phosphorylated-PKB and Survivin in ovarian serous carcinoma group were significantly higher than those in ovarian serous cystadenoma group.The expression level of TGF-β1 was related to tumor stage and tumor implantation/metastasis.p-PKB and Survivin expression levels were related to tumor stage,tumor implantation/metastasis,and pathological grade.Conclusion:TGF-β1 expresses much high in ovarian serous cancer.Maybe it is closely related to the occurrence,development and metastasis of ovarian serous cancer.The activation of PKB related signal transduction pathway and the Survivin related apoptosis resistance maybe play an important role in this process.
