流浪精神病患者心电图异常调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查分析流浪精神病患者心电图异常及其影响因素。方法:选取2020年10月1日—2021年6月1日首次于广州市民政局精神病院接受救治的154例流浪精神病患者进行常规心电图检测,根据心电图诊断结果分为心电图异常组(61例)和非心电图异常组(93例)。调查患者具体心电异常情况,采用单因素分析影响心电图异常发生的危险因素,采用logistic回归分析影响其心电图异常的独立危险因素。结果:性别、年龄、流浪时间、高血压、发热、体重过低、吸烟是导致流浪精神病患者心电图异常的危险因素(P<0.05)。高血压、流浪时长、体重过低、男性、男性≥50岁是影响其心电图异常的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:对流浪精神病患者心电图异常特点及影响因素分析,可了解该类患者心脏损害风险发生情况,为流浪救治及临床治疗提供参考依据。Objective:To investigate and analyze the abnormal ECG and its influencing factors in vagrant psychiatric patients.Methods:154 vagrant psychiatric patients who were treated in the psychiatric hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau from October 1,2020 to June 1,2021 were selected for routine ECG detection.According to the ECG diagnosis results,they were divided into ECG abnormal group(61 cases)and non ECG abnormal group(93 cases).The specific ECG abnormalities were investigated,and the risk factors affecting the occurrence of ECG abnormalities were analyzed by single factor analysis.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors of ECG abnormalities.Results:Gender,age,wandering time,hypertension,fever,underweight and smoking were the risk factors of ECG in vagrant psychiatric patients(P<0.05).Hypertension,wandering time,underweight,male and male≥50 years old were independent risk factors for ECG abnormalities(P<0.05).Conclusion:The analysis of abnormal ECG characteristics and influencing factors of vagabonds psychosis patients can help to understand the risk of heart damage in these patients,and provide reference for vagabonds treatment and clinical treatment.
