摘　　要：目的:调查天津地区684例学龄前儿童的视力状况并分析其Spot筛查仪屈光筛查结果。方法:选取2022年1—12月在天津市妇女儿童保健中心眼科门诊进行裸眼视力检查及Spot屈光筛查的684例学龄前儿童作为研究对象。使用常规视力检查调查684例学龄前儿童的视力状况,使用Spot筛查仪进行屈光筛查并分析Spot筛查仪屈光筛查结果。结果:本研究最终纳入680例学龄前儿童,检查结果显示,680例学龄前儿童中有48例视力低常,检出率7.06%;不同年龄段学龄前儿童检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.686,P<0.05);不同年龄段学龄前儿童间柱镜度比较,差异有统计学意义(H=17.964,P<0.05)。结论:Spot筛查仪操作简单,屈光检查数值获取率高,在大规模学龄前儿童筛查中具有较高应用价值,可以帮助了解学龄前儿童屈光状态,尽早发现屈光异常。Objective:To investigate the visual acuity and analyze refractive screening results of 684 preschool children in Tianjin Area by Spot screening apparatus.Methods:684 preschool children undergoing naked vision examination and Spot refraction screening in Tianjin Women and Children’s Health Care Center were enrolled from January to December 2022.The visual acuity status was investigated by routine visual acuity examination.The refraction screening was conducted by Spot screening apparatus,and the screening results were analyzed.Results:Among 680 preschool children,there were 48 cases with visual acuity abnormality,with a detection rate of 7.06%.The differences in the detection rate among preschool children in different age groups were statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.686,P<0.05).There were significant differences in cytdnder degree(H=17.964,P<0.05).Conclusion:Spot screening apparatus has simple operation and high acquisition rate of refractive value.It has high application value in large-scale screening of preschool children,which can help to understand the refractive status of preschool children and detect refractive abnormalities as early as possible.
