摘 要:目的:探讨基于雨课堂的叙事教学模式在成人护理学教学中的应用。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2021年9月—2022年6月某本科院校156名全日制本科护理学专业学生作为研究对象,对其实施基于雨课堂的叙事教学,并于实施前后采用护患沟通能力评价量表、护理专业大学生人文关怀能力量表进行评估。结果:教学后,学生护患沟通计划、沟通启动、给予信息、获得理解各维度评分及沟通能力总分均明显高于教学前,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.831、8.623、9.040、9.675、11.816,P<0.05);学生人文关怀能力总分、灌注信念和希望、健康教育、促进情感交流、帮助解决困难得分均明显高于教学前,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.726、10.157、6.121、6.715、4.661,P<0.05)。结论:基于雨课堂的叙事教学模式有助于提升护理专业学生护患沟通能力与人文关怀能力。Objective:To explore the application of narrative teaching based on rain class in the teaching of Adult Nursing.Methods:Convenient sampling was used to select 156 full-time undergraduate nursing students as the research subjects.The Nurse Patient Communication Ability Evaluation Scale and the Nursing College Student Humanity Care Ability Scale were used to evaluate before and after the implementation of narrative education.Results:After the implementation of narrative education,the scores and total scores of various dimensions,such as nursing patient communication plan,communication initiation,providing information,and obtaining understanding for students were significantly higher than before the education(t=9.831,8.623,9.040,9.675,11.816;P<0.05).The scores of humanistic care ability,instilling beliefs and hopes,health education,promoting emotional communication,and helping to solve difficulties for nursing students were significantly higher than before the education(t=8.726,10.157,6.121,6.715,4.661;P<0.05).Conclusion:The narrative teaching model based on rain classroom can help improve nursing students’communication skills with patients and humanistic care abilities.
