摘 要:近年来,微生物诱导碳酸钙沉积(MICP)技术被应用于表层土体的加固处理,以提升土体的抗侵蚀能力。采用新型的单相法和传统的两相法对黏性土表层进行MICP处理,分析了环境pH值和胶结液浓度对MICP反应过程的影响,并对经过不同处理次数的土样进行冲刷试验,观察并记录冲刷试验过程中土样的质量变化,以此评价2种加固方法的效果。结果表明:采用MICP技术加固后,土壤颗粒之间形成了有效的胶结;使用单相法加固的土样中碳酸盐生成量少于两相法,但土体整体的水稳性高于两相法;经过单相法和两相法加固处理5次后,试样被冲刷40 s后的侵蚀量分别为0.43 g和0.11 g,而相同条件下未加固试样的侵蚀量为54.63 g,加固后的土样经过24 h的冲刷试验后表面几乎没有被破坏,显示采用MICP技术加固后土样的抗侵蚀能力远大于未处理土样。Microbially Induced Carbonate Precipitation(MICP)technology has been used in soil surface treatment to improve anti-erosion performance in recent years.In this study,the new one-phase method and the traditional two-phase method were used to treat the surface of clay,and the effects of pH and cementation solution concentration on the MICP reaction process were analyzed.The soil samples with different treatment times were subjected to scouring test.The quality changes of soil samples during the scouring test were observed and recorded to evaluate the effects of the two reinforcement methods.The results are as follows:after the improvement of MICP technology,effective cementation is formed between soil particles;the soil samples reinforced using the one-phase method shows less carbonate generation than the two-phase method,but the overall water stability of the soil is higher than the two-phase method;the erosion amount of the specimens after 5 rounds of reinforcement treatment by one-phase and two-phase methods are 0.43 g and 0.11 g after 40 s of scouring,respectively;while the erosion amount of the unreinforced specimens under the same conditions is 54.63 g.The surface of the reinforced soil samples is almost not damaged after 24 h of scouring test.The anti-erosion performance of the MICP-reinforced soil samples is much greater than that of the untreated soil samples.
