摘　　要：目的通过对我国护理领域岗位胜任力的研究现状进行可视化分析,明确护理岗位胜任力研究的热点及发展方向。方法通过中国知网、维普、万方以及中国生物医学文献数据库检索关于护理岗位胜任力的相关文献,对纳入文献的发表时间、发表期刊等进行计量学分析,同时应用CiteSpace软件绘制作者、机构及关键词可视化分析图。结果共纳入1072篇有效文献,发文数量整体呈逐年上升趋势,发文作者和机构均相对分散,未形成中心性;频次和中心性值均在前10位的关键词为“护士”“护理”“胜任力”“新护士”,形成“胜任力”“护士”“质性研究”“培养模式”“培训”等65个聚类;关键词突现的最强热点为“新护士”,最新热点为“护士长”“满意度”和“影响因素”。结论我国护理岗位胜任力研究受到广泛重视,但尚未形成具有中心影响力的研究作者及机构,可进一步开展合作性的深入研究,以增加该领域的研究成果,提升学术影响力。Objective To conduct a visual analysis of the research status of nursing competency in China,and to clarify the hotspots and development directions of nursing competency research.Methods Relevant literature on nursing competency was searched through China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP,Wanfang,and China Biomedical Literature Database.Quantitative analysis was conducted on the publication time and journals of the included literature.CiteSpace software was also used to draw visualization analysis charts of authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 1072 valid articles were included,and the overall number of publications showed an increasing trend year by year.The authors and institutions of the publications were relatively scattered,and no centrality was formed.The top 10 keywords in terms of frequency and centrality are"nurse""nursing""competency"and"new nurse",forming 65 clusters including"competency""nurse""qualitative research""training model"and"training".The strongest hotspot for keyword emergence is"new nurse",and the latest hotspots are"head nurse""satisfaction"and"influencing factors".Conclusion The research on nursing competency in China has received widespread attention,but no research authors or institutions with central influence have been formed yet.Further collaborative in-depth research can be carried out to increase research results in this field and enhance academic influence.
