新时代黄河流域水污染的叙事研究

摘　　要：叙事研究可以把握黄河流域水污染及其治理的历史脉络,为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展贡献历史智慧。通过对新时代黄河流域水污染相关新闻大数据进行文本分析,可知新时代黄河流域水污染叙事正向情感总体向好、负向情感总体稳定;其叙事结构主要体现出因素叙事、治理理念叙事、治理方式叙事,表达出持续高度重视、严格水污染监管、促进统筹治理三大叙事主题;基于以上叙事分析,未来黄河流域水污染治理应坚持问题导向、精准学科政策调适,坚持系统观念、协同推进大治理,坚持依法治污、推进可持续防治。A research on the narrative of the Yellow River can grasp the historical context of water pollution and its governance and contribute historical wisdom to the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.Through the text analysis of the news big data related to water pollution in the Yellow River Basin in the new era,it can be seen that on the overall the narrative of water pollution in the Yellow River Basin in the new era is positive and the negative part is not protruding;the narrative structure mainly reflects factor narratives,governance concept narratives and governance methods narratives;and the narrative themes include continuous high attention to the River,strict water pollution supervision,and promotion of overall governance.Based on the above narrative analysis,the future water pollution governance of the Yellow River Basin should follow the"3 adheres":adhere to the problem-oriented,precise discipline and policy adjustment,adhere to the system concept,promote coordinated progress Great governance,and adhere to law-based pollution control,and promote sustainable prevention and control.
