摘　　要：文章通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,探讨了金融工程在解决皮机企业资金问题及促进行业产业升级中的应用。文章对JK皮机企业的当前状况进行了深入分析,并针对该企业发展过程中所面临的问题,提出了一系列基于金融工程的策略。这些策略包括采用多元化的融资渠道以拓展企业资金来源,运用金融衍生工具进行风险的有效管理,目的在于优化企业的融资结构、降低运营风险,并增强其在国际市场上的竞争力,从而实现企业的可持续发展。This paper,employing a combination of literature review and case analysis,explores the application of financial engineering in addressing the funding challenges of leather machinery enterprises and promoting industrial upgrading.An in-depth analysis of the current status of JK Leather Machinery Enterprises is presented,followed by a series of strategies grounded in financial engineering to address the challenges faced during the company's development.These strategies include diversifying financing channels to expand the enterprise's capital sources,utilizing financial derivatives for effective risk management,with the goal of optimizing the company's financing structure,reducing operational risks,and enhancing its competitiveness in the international market,thus ensuring sustainable growth.
