摘　　要：为保证列车运行安全和指导动车组运用维修,对CRH5A型动车组车轮的检修规则和限速表开展了研究,在计算轮轨冲击载荷、制定车轮损伤计算工况的基础上,开展了CRH5A型损伤车轮的评估。通过评估认为CRH5A型动车组损伤车轮的伤损容限应不超过40 mm,损伤车轮强度才能满足完成当前行驶任务的要求。In order to ensure the safety of train operation and guide the operation and maintenance of EMUs,this paper studies the maintenance rules and speed limit for CRH5A EMU wheels.The evaluation of damaged wheels in CRH5A was conducted by calculating wheel-rail impact load and formulating wheel damage calculation conditions.The evaluation shows that only if the damage tolerance of the damaged wheel in CRH5A does not exceed 40 mm can the strength of the damaged wheel meet the operation requirements.
