摘  要:从教育目标的迭代性、教育内容的融合性、教育方法的实践性、教育评价的多元化四个角度分析了新质生产力赋予高校商科人才教育新特性,认为新质生产力正以空前的速度、庞大的规模和更高的要求重新绘制全球经济版图,高校商科教育要因时因势而变,从跨学科知识与综合能力、实践与创新能力、技术与数字化能力、国际视野与跨文化交流能力等四个方面做好全新挑战的准备,要通过及时转变商科人才培养理念、优化商科课程体系、深入推进商科产教融合、优化新质教师队伍力量等方式,加快构建适应新质生产力的新商科人才培养体系,提升人才培养对新质生产力形成发展的基础支撑性作用。From the perspectives of iterative educational goals,integrated educational content,practical educational methods,and diversified educational evaluation,this article analyzes the new characteristics that new quality productivity endows business talent education in universities.It believes that new quality productivity is redrawing the global economic map at an unprecedented speed,with a huge scale and higher requirements.Business education in universities should adapt to the times and trends,and be prepared for new challenges in four aspects:interdisciplinary knowledge and comprehensive ability,practical and innovative ability,technological and digital ability,international perspective and cross-cultural communication ability.Through timely transformation of business talent training concepts,optimization of business curriculum system,in-depth promotion of business industry education integration,and optimization of new quality teacher team strength,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of new business talents that adapt to new quality productivity.cultivation system,enhancing the fundamental supporting role of talent cultivation in the formation and development of new quality productivity.
