增强式训练对青年女子篮球运动员下肢爆发力的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨增强式训练对青年女子篮球运动员下肢爆发力的影响,旨在优化和完善女子篮球运动员日常体能训练方案,提高运动员的运动能力。方法:将20名青年女子篮球运动员随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各10名运动员。在每周一、周三、周五下午的体能训练课中,对照组运动员按队里原有训练计划进行传统体能训练,实验组运动员在此期间进行增强式训练。两组运动员其他时间的训练内容完全相同,共持续8周。在实验后,对所有运动员进行30m冲刺跑、见线折返跑、立定跳远、原地纵跳摸高、助跑单脚起跳摸高、深蹲最大力量进行测试。结果:对照组在实验前后各测试指标均无显著性变化,实验组各测试指标均有显著性提高(P<0.05),并且实验后实验组各测试指标成绩要显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:8周的增强式训练能够有效提高青年女子篮球运动员的下肢爆发力,增强式训练可以作为提升女子篮球运动员下肢爆发力的有效训练手段。Objective:To explore the effect of plyometrics on the lower extremity explosive power of young female basketball players,in order to optimize and perfect the daily physical training program of female basketball players and improve their athletic ability.Methods:20 young female basketball players were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 10 players in each group.In the physical training class every Monday,Wednesday and Friday afternoon,the athletes in the control group conduct traditional physical training according to the original training plan of the team,and the athletes in the experimental group conduct enhance training during this period.The training content of the two groups of athletes at other times is exactly the same,and it lasts for 8 weeks.After the experiment,all the athletes were tested on the 30m sprint run,the line return run,the standing long jump,the vertical jump height in place,the take-off height of one foot in the run-up,and the maximum strength of the squat.Results:There were no significant changes in the test indexes of the control group before and after the experiment,while the test performance indexes of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the test index scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).Conclusion:8 weeks of plyometrics can effectively improve the lower extremity explosive power of young female basketball players,plyometrics can be used as an effective training means to improve the lower extremity explosive power of female basketball players.
