摘 要:为有效指导水下推进器水润滑轴承设计,提高水下推进器的运行效率和稳定性,基于实验室小型水下推进器,利用DyRoBeS软件建立水润滑轴承几何物理模型,研究水润滑轴承的润滑特性,通过仿真分析转轴转速、轴承径向载荷对水润滑轴承偏心率、最小水膜厚度、最大水膜压力、刚度和阻尼的影响。研究结果表明:在其他条件一定时,随着转轴转速的增大,水润滑轴承的偏心率不断减小,最小水膜厚度不断增大,最大水膜压力不断减小,刚度和阻尼总体上呈现不断减小趋势;在其他条件不变时,随着外加载荷的不断增大,水润滑轴承的偏心率不断增大,最小水膜厚度不断减小,最大水膜压力不断增大,刚度和阻尼总体呈现出不断增大趋势。To effectively guide the design of water lubricated bearings for underwater thrusters and improve their operational efficiency and stability,a geometric and physical model of water lubricated bearings was established using DyRoBeS software based on a small-scale underwater thruster in the laboratory.The lubrication characteristics of water lubricated bearings were studied,and the effects of shaft speed and bearing radial load on the eccentricity,minimum water film thickness,maximum water film pressure,stiffness,and damping of water lubricated bearings were analyzed through simulation.The research results indicate that,under constant other conditions,as the rotational speed of the shaft increases,the eccentricity of the water lubricated bearing decreases continuously,the minimum water film thickness increases continuously,the maximum water film pressure decreases continuously,and the stiffness and damping generally show a decreasing trend;When other conditions remain constant,as the external load increases,the eccentricity of the water lubricated bearing increases,the minimum water film thickness decreases,the maximum water film pressure increases,and the overall stiffness and damping show an increasing trend.
