摘　　要：胃癌是全球最常见的上消化道恶性肿瘤,尽管目前存在内镜下切除、手术、化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗、联合治疗等多种治疗方式,但胃癌患者的总体生存率仍处于较低水平。本文探寻胃癌的相关肿瘤分子标志物[P38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(P38 MAPK)和转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)],并对其在胃癌中的表达及研究进展进行总结,可能会为胃癌的治疗打开新思路,提供新的靶向药物,最终改善胃癌患者的预后。Gastric cancer is the most common malignant tumors in the upper digestive tract in the world.Although there are many treatment methods such as endoscopic resection,surgery,chemotherapy,targeted therapy,immunotherapy and combination therapy,the overall survival rate of patients with gastric cancer is still at a low level.This paper explores related tumor molecular markers of gastric cancer[P38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(P38 MAPK),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)],and summarizes the research progress of their expression and function in gastric cancer,which may provide new ideas for the treatment of gastric cancer,investigate new targeted drugs,and ultimately improve the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
