益肾化瘀方对B细胞淋巴瘤患者化疗后骨髓抑制的疗效及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究益肾化瘀方对B细胞淋巴瘤患者化疗后骨髓抑制的临床疗效,并观察其对免疫功能指标的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月本院收治的B细胞淋巴瘤患者共74例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其随机分为中药辅助治疗组(n=37)和对照组(n=37)。其中,中药辅助治疗组在化疗结束后给予益肾化瘀方进行辅助治疗,对照组则仅给予常规对症支持治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果中药辅助治疗组生活质量评分及卡氏评分(KPS)均高于对照组,且两组外周血三系细胞均升高(P<0.05),但中药辅助治疗组三系细胞计数较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。化疗结束第14d,中医辅助治疗组T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+),CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肾化瘀方有助于改善B细胞淋巴瘤患者化疗后的生活质量,促进其骨髓抑制的早期恢复,同时改善患者细胞免疫功能,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate clinical effect of nourishing the kidneys and removing blood stasis formula in recovery of bone marrow suppression of patients with B-cell lymphoma after chemotherapy,and observe its effect on immune function indicators.Methods The paper chose 74 patients with B-cell lymphoma in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021,and divided them into two groups with random number table methods:traditional Chinese medicine assisted treatment group(n=37)and the control group(n=37).The traditional Chinese medicine assisted treatment group was treated with nourishing the kidneys and removing blood stasis formula for adjuvant treatment after chemotherapy,while the control group with routine symptomatic supportive treatment.Clinical effect between two groups was compared.Results Life quality scores and KPS scores of the traditional Chinese medicine assisted treatment group were higher than the control group,and peripheral blood three line cell count of both groups increased(P<0.05).However,three line cell count of the traditional Chinese medicine assisted treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).on the 14th day after chemotherapy,levels of T lymphocyte subsets CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant treatment group were higher than the control group,with(P<0.05).Conclusion Nourishing the kidneys and removing blood stasis formula can improve life quality of B-cell lymphoma patients after chemotherapy,promote early recovery from bone marrow suppression,and improve cellular immune function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
