摘 要:目的探讨PACS影像系统+PBL临床路径整合模式在护理教学中的应用效果。方法将2018年3月—2023年6月河池市人民医院肾内科的100名护理实习生随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50名。对照组采用传统带教模式进行实习带教,观察组在对照组基础上采用医学影像存储与传输系统(PACS)+基于问题的教学方法(PBL)的新型带教模式。观察比较两组护理实习生理论知识、技能操作成绩以及解决问题能力、健康促进能力、人际沟通能力等。结果观察组理论知识、技能操作成绩考核、解决问题能力、健康促进能力、人际沟通能力均领先于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PACS影像系统+PBL临床路径能够有效激发学生的学习积极性和参与的主动性,提高护生临床综合能力和护理教学质量。Objective To explore application effect of PACS imaging system+PBL clinical pathway integration mode in nursing teaching.Methods The paper chose 100 nursing interns in Nephrology Department of Hechi City People's Hospital from March 2018 to June 2023,and divided them into the control group and observation group randomly,with 50 in each group.The control group was treated with internship teaching of traditional teaching mode,while the observation group with new teaching mode based on PACS imaging system and PBL clinical pathway on the basis of the control group.Difference in theoretical knowledge,skill operation performance,problem-solving ability,health promotion ability,interpersonal communication ability,etc.was observed and compared between two groups.Results The observation group had higher levels in theoretical knowledge,skill operation performance assessment,problem-solving ability,health promotion ability,and interpersonal communication ability,with P<0.05.Conclusion PACS imaging system+PBL clinical pathway can stimulate learning enthusiasm and participation initiative effectively,improve clinical comprehensive ability and nursing teaching quality of nursing students.
