摘　　要：【目的】探讨颅内血管介入治疗老年缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)患者的疗效及对患者神经功能的影响。【方法】接受颅内血管介入治疗的70例老年ICVD患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组接受传统的药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予颅内血管介入治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血流动力学指标、血液流变学指标、神经功能缺损评分(NDS)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分以及不良反应发生情况。【结果】治疗后,观察组血流动力学和血液流变学的指标改变均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),NDS及NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】颅内血管介入治疗可以有效提高老年ICVD患者的疗效,改善神经功能,且不增加不良反应发生的风险。【Objective】To investigate the effect of intracranial vascular intervention on elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD)and its influence on the neurological function.【Methods】A total of 70 elderly patients with ICVD who received intracranial vascular interventional therapy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received traditional drug therapy,and the observation group received intracranial vascular interventional therapy on the basis of the control group.The hemodynamics,hemorheology,neurological deficit score(NDS),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.【Results】After treatment,the changes of hemodynamics and hemorheology indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of NDS and NIHSS were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Intracranial vascular interventional therapy can effectively improve the efficacy and neurological function of elderly patients with ICVD without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
