摘 要:通过介绍传统阀门制造工艺为生产带来的不便,进而阐明了生产企业引进机器人后在阀门制造中的应用现状和实例,描述了当前由机器人带来的科学和先进的阀门制造技术,尤其重点介绍了机器人焊接技术,并总结了各种应用所取得的显著成效,包括提高生产效率、提升产品质量、降低劳动强度等。最后,本文对阀门行业应用机器人生产高端阀门的市场前景表达了高度认可,也对未来更深入地发展奠定基础,提出了阀门制造业应用机器人所面临的挑战和进一步的改进建议。By introducing the inconvenience caused by the traditional valve manufacturing process,this paper expounds the application status and examples of the robot introduced by the production enterprises in the valve manufacturing,describes the scientific and advanced valve manufacturing technology brought by the robot,especially the robot welding technology,and summarizes the remarkable achievements of various applications,including improving production efficiency,improving product quality and reducing labor intensity.Finally,this paper expresses a high recognition of the market prospect of the application of robots in the valve industry to produce high-end valves,and also lays a foundation for further development in the future.It puts forward the challenges faced by the application robots in the valve manufacturing industry and further suggestions for improvement.
