公共卫生事件应急处置能力量表护生版的研制及信效度研究

摘　　要：目的研制公共卫生事件应急处置能力量表护生版,并检验其信效度。方法基于上海市突发公共卫生事件应急处置护理预备队胜任力指标体系,结合文献分析和Delphi专家咨询法,构建公共卫生事件应急处置能力量表护生版。2021年12月至2023年1月采用横断面研究,便利抽取护理专业4年制本科学生进行问卷调查,进行因子分析和量表的信效度检验。结果①因子分析结果:公共卫生事件应急处置能力量表护生版包括4个维度(预防能力、准备能力、响应能力及复原能力)共47个条目,4因子模型的累计方差贡献率为77.922%,量表结构模型的各拟合指数良好。②信效度检验:量表条目水平的内容效度指数为0.86~1.00,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.942,聚合效度良好(4个因子的平均方差抽取量分别为0.732、0.656、0.703、0.814,组合信度分别为0.943、0.954、0.983、0.956),效标效度为0.502;量表各维度相关性为0.784~0.899(P<0.01),总量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.989,各维度为0.942~0.983,重测信度为0.671。结论公共卫生事件应急处置能力量表护生版具有良好的信效度,可用于评估护理本科生应对突发公共卫生事件的应急处置能力,为相关护理教学课程的开发、建设和评价提供工具支持。Objective To develop a public health emergency response capability scale for nursing students and test its reliability and validity.Methods A public health emergency response capacity scale for nursing students was developed by literature analysis and the Delphi method,based on the capacity indicator system adopted by the nursing reserve team in response to public health emergencies in Shanghai.A cross-sectional study was conducted from December 2021 to January 2023.During this period,4-year undergraduate nursing students were selected by convenience sampling to participate in a questionnaire survey;then,factor analysis and reliability and validity test were conducted based on the survey data.Re⁃sults①Factor analysis:The public health emergency response capability scale for nursing students comprised 47 items in 4 dimensions(prevention capacity,preparation capacity,response capacity and recovery capacity).The cumulative variance contribution rate of the four-factor model was 77.922%and fit indexes of the scale's structural model were good.②Reliability and validity test:The content validity at the item level was 0.86-1.00 and that at the scale level was 0.942.The convergent validity was good(the average variance extracted was 0.732,0.656,0.703 and 0.814 for the 4 factors;the composite reliability was 0.943,0.954,0.983 and 0.956,respectively).The criterion validity was 0.502.The correlation between each dimension was 0.784-0.899(P<0.01).The Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.989 for the total scale and 0.942-0.983 for each dimension.The test-retest reliability was 0.671.Conclusion The public health emergency response capability scale for nursing students,with good reliability and validity,can be used to evaluate the capability of undergraduate nursing students in response to public health emergencies and serve as an effective tool for developing,constructing and evaluating nursing courses.
