文化育人视域下高校校训文化的宣传教育路径探析

摘　　要：根植于中华文化沃土的高校校训,凝聚了中华优秀传统文化的精髓,是高校文化育人的生动载体和内容源泉。加强对校训的宣传教育,对高校实现立德树人根本任务和肩负文化传承使命有重要意义。该文针对当前高校在校训文化宣传教育方面存在的主要问题,提出完善校训育人机制、诠释校训文化内涵、丰富校训育人形式、打造校训特色名片等策略,进一步加强校训文化的宣传教育。同时,介绍了校训宣传教育取得成功经验的相关实践案例,如讲述校训故事、开辟网络育人新阵地、评选树立校训“形象大使”等,以期为高校加强校训宣传教育、实现文化育人成效提供借鉴和参考。The university motto,rooted in the fertile soil of national culture,encapsulates the essence of excellent traditional Chinese culture and serves as a vivid carrier and source of content for cultural education in higher education institutions.Strengthening the propaganda and education of the motto is of great significance for colleges and universities to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and to shoulder the mission of cultural heritage.This paper addresses the main problems existing in the current propaganda and education of the motto culture in colleges and universities,and proposes strategies such as improving the educational mechanism of the motto,interpreting the cultural connotation of the motto,enriching the forms of motto education,and creating a characteristic card of the motto,to further strengthen the propaganda and education of motto culture.It also introduces practical cases of successful experiences in motto propaganda and education,such as telling motto stories,opening up new positions in online education,and selecting"ambassadors"for the motto,in order to provide references for colleges and universities to enhance the effectiveness of cultural education through motto propaganda and education.
