摘  要:目的探讨冰冻切片技术在细胞病理学中的应用价值。方法收集新鲜的胸腹水5例,分别采用传统制片法、冰冻切片法和细胞蜡块法制作细胞切片,比较3种制片方法的优缺点。结果传统细胞涂片法制作的切片染色鲜艳,背景清晰,细胞含量丰富,但存在严重的细胞重叠和不均匀分布,且可见细胞团块。冰冻切片技术制作的切片细胞分布均匀,无细胞重叠,有效细胞含量较高,且无细胞团块。细胞蜡块法制作的切片染色亮丽,细胞核结构清晰,细胞分布均匀,无细胞重叠,但有效细胞含量较少。结论冰冻切片法制作的细胞切片具有细胞分布均匀、无重叠、操作简便、耗时较短等优势,且能有效保存标本用于后续检测,尤其在细胞含量较少的细胞学标本中表现出明显优势。Objective To explore the application value of the frozen section technique in cytopathology.Methods Fresh samples of pleural and peritoneal effusion from 5 cases were collected.Cytological slides were prepared using traditional smear preparation,frozen section,and cell block techniques.The advantages and disadvantages of these three preparation methods were compared.Results The traditional smear method produced slides with vivid staining,clear background,and abundant cell content,but there was significant cell overlap,uneven cell distribution,and visible cell clusters.Frozen section preparation resulted in slides with even cell distribution,no overlap,higher content of viable cells,and no cell clusters.The cell block method produced slides with bright staining,clear nuclear structures,uniform cell distribution,and no overlap,but with fewer viable cells.Conclusion The frozen section method offers advantages such as even cell distribution,no overlap,shorter preparation time,and the ability to preserve specimens for subsequent tests.This method is particularly advantageous in cytological specimens with relatively low cell content.
