超声乳化、人工晶体植入术联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声乳化、人工晶体(IOL)植入术联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2024年4月徐州市铜山区人民医院收治的白内障合并青光眼患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组给予小梁切除术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予超声乳化、IOL植入术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,术后并发症总发生率比对照组低(P=0.040)。术后1个月,两组眼压降低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05);两组视力升高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05);两组中央前房深度增加,且观察组比对照组大(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化、IOL植入术联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床效果较好,可降低患者眼压,提高视力,增加中央前房深度,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL)implantation combined with trabeculectomy in treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods:A total of 70 patients with glaucoma and cataract treated in Tongshan District People's Hospital of Xuzhou City from September 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trabeculectomy,and the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification and LOL implantation on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.040).At 1 month after surgery,the intraocular pressure in the two groups decreased,and the intraocular pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The visual acuity in the two groups increased,and the visual acuity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The central anterior chamber depth in the two groups increased,and the central anterior chamber depth in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of cataract complicated with glaucoma have good clinical effects,and can reduce intraocular pressure,improve visual acuity,increase the central anterior chamber depth,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
