改良电休克疗法联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察改良电休克疗法联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年12月常熟市第三人民医院收治的精神分裂症患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=60,采用奥氮平治疗)与观察组(n=60,在对照组基础上采用改良电休克治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组符号编码、数字序列、视觉学习和记忆、言语学习和记忆评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组精神症状评分下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组S100钙结合蛋白B、胶质纤维酸性蛋白水平下降,脑源性神经营养因子水平升高,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:改良电休克疗法联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症,能提高患者认知功能,减轻精神症状,改善相关血清指标,且安全性良好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified electroconvulsive therapy combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to Changshu Third People's Hospital from 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=60,treated with olanzapine)and an observation group(n=60,treated with modified electroconvulsive therapy on the basis of control group).The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of symbol encoding,number sequence,visual learning and memory,and speech learning and memory in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,psychiatric symptom scores decreased in both groups and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of S100 calcium-binding protein B and glial fibrillary acidic protein decreased and brain-derived neurotrophic factor increased in the two groups,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified electroconvulsive therapy combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia,can enhance cognitive function,alleviate psychiatric symptoms,improve the relevant serum indicators,and have a good safety.
