胃镜活检与手术病理检查诊断胃癌的一致性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究胃镜活检与手术病理检查诊断胃癌的一致性。方法:回顾性分析盐城市阜宁县人民医院2022年3月—2024年8月收治的149例胃癌患者的临床资料,患者均接受胃镜活检及手术病理检查,比较两种检查的胃癌检出率、病理分型及分化程度。结果:胃镜活检与手术病理检查胃癌确诊率、疑诊率、排除率、乳头状腺癌、管状腺癌、黏液腺癌及印戒细胞癌检出率和胃癌低分化、中分化、高分化检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。胃镜活检与手术病理检查结果的一致性较高(P<0.05)。结论:胃镜活检与手术病理检查诊断胃癌的一致性较高,能够判断胃癌不同病理分型及分化程度,为临床诊治提供参考。Objective:To explore the consistency between gastroscopic biopsy and surgical pathological examination in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 149 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Funing People's Hospital of Yancheng from March 2022 to August 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients underwent gastroscopic biopsy and surgical pathological examination.The detection rate,pathological classification and differentiation degree of gastric cancer were compared between the two examinations.Results:There was no significant difference in the gastric cancer diagnosis rate,suspected diagnosis rate,exclusion rate,the detection rates of papillary adenocarcinoma,tubular adenocarcinoma,mucinous adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma of papillary adenocarcinoma,tubular adenocarcinoma,mucinous adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma and the detection rate of gastric cancer with low differentiation,medium differentiation,and the detection rates of poorly differentiated,moderately differentiated and well differentiated gastric cancer between gastroscopic biopsy and surgical pathological examination(P>0.05).The results of gastroscopic biopsy and surgical pathological examination were highly consistent(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastroscopic biopsy and surgical pathological examination have a high consistency in the diagnosis of gastric cancer,which can determine the different pathological types and differentiation degrees of gastric cancer,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
