自拟补虚抗癌汤加减协同XELOX方案化疗对晚期胃癌患者的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析自拟补虚抗癌汤加减协同XELOX方案化疗对晚期胃癌患者的治疗效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月福建中医药大学附属福鼎医院收治的82例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(41例)与研究组(41例)。对照组采用XELOX方案(奥沙利铂+卡培他滨)化疗,研究组采用XELOX方案化疗联合自拟补虚抗癌汤加减治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、免疫功能和不良反应。结果研究组的疾病控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的CD8^(+)水平均低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率为14.63%,低于对照组的41.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌晚期应用自拟补虚抗癌汤加减协同XELOX方案化疗,可减轻化疗对免疫功能影响,并减少不良反应,对化疗有协同作用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of self-made modified Buxu Kang'ai Decoction combined with XELOX regimen chemotherapy on patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 82 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to Fuding Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(41 cases)and study group(41 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received XELOX regimen(Oxaliplatin+Capecitabine)chemotherapy,while the study group received XELOX regimen chemotherapy combined with self-made modified Buxu Kang'ai Decoction.The clinical efficacy,immune function,and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The disease control rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of CD8^(+)in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 14.63%,which was lower than 41.46%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made modified Buxu Kang'ai Decoction combined with XELOX regimen chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer can reduce the influence of chemotherapy on immune function,and reduce adverse reactions,which has a synergistic effect on chemotherapy.
