摘　　要：肝细胞癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,特点为高发病率、高致死率和高复发率,导致患者预后不佳。尽管近年来免疫治疗的进展为肝细胞癌治疗带来变革,但有限的标志物检测和低临床反应率仍是亟须解决的关键问题。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)参与调控肝癌细胞增殖、血管生成、转移、凋亡、自噬、铁死亡,以及免疫逃逸等多个生物学活动,其在肝细胞癌发生和发展中起重要作用。本文旨在综述lncRNA与肝细胞癌调控机制的研究进展,探讨其作为诊断和治疗评估相关标志物的潜力,并讨论当前研究挑战及未来发展方向,以期为肝细胞癌的诊断和治疗提供新思路。Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide,characterized by high incidence rate,high mortality rate,and high recurrence rate,leading to poor prognosis of patients.Although advances in immunotherapy have brought about changes in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma in recent years,limited biomarker monitoring and low clinical response rate remain key issues that urgently need to be addressed.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is involved in regulating multiple biological activities such as proliferation,angiogenesis,metastasis,apoptosis,autophagy,ferroptosis,and immune escape in hepatocellular carcinoma cells,it plays an important role in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.This article aims to review research progress on regulatory mechanism of lncRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma,explore its potential as a diagnosis and treatment evaluation biomarker,and discuss current research challenges and future development directions,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
