摘　　要：胃溃疡是一种临床常见的消化系统疾病,目前短期治疗能缓解胃溃疡的临床症状,并促进溃疡愈合,但效果欠理想。近年来,中医药治疗胃溃疡的效果突出,具有毒副作用小、安全性高等优势。本文归纳和整理有关中医药治疗胃溃疡的研究文献,从病因病机、中药复方、自拟方、中药单体、中成药、中医外治法等方面进行综述,在肯定效果时,指出未来中医药治疗胃溃疡的发展方向,以期为研究者提供思路与参考。Gastric ulcer is a common digestive system disease in clinical practice.Currently,short-term treatment can alleviate clinical symptoms of gastric ulcer,and promote ulcer healing,but the effect is not ideal.In recent years,the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer is outstanding,has advantages such as minimal toxic side effects and high safety.This article summarizes and collates research literature on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer,and reviews it from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,traditional Chinese medicine compound,self designed formula,traditional Chinese medicine monomer,traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations,and external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine.When affirming the effect,point out the development direction of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer in the future,in order to provide ideas and references for researchers.
