摘　　要：目的分析钛夹联合尼龙绳治疗消化道大出血的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年2月上饶市人民医院收治的60例非静脉曲张性消化道大出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组采用单纯钛夹治疗,观察组采用钛夹联合尼龙绳治疗。比较两组患者的术中即时止血率、术后1周内再发出血率及死亡率、中转外科手术率、术后穿孔发生情况以及住院时间情况。结果观察组术中即时止血率高于对照组,且术后1周内再发出血率及中转外科手术率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现死亡情况。观察组术后穿孔发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钛夹联合尼龙绳治疗消化道大出血效果较好,可及时止血,减少术后穿孔和再出血情况,缩短住院时间,具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of titanium clip combined with nylon rope in the treatment of massive hemorrhage of digestive tract.Methods A total of 60 patients with non-varicose gastrointestinal massive hemorrhage admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with titanium clip alone,and the observation group was treated with titanium clip combined with nylon rope.The rate of intraoperative immediate hemostasis,the rate of rebleeding and mortality within 1 week after surgery,the rate of conversion surgery,the incidence of postoperative perforation,and the length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The immediate hemostasis rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of rebleeding and conversion to surgery within 1 week after surgery was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There were no deaths in either group.The incidence of postoperative perforation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemoglobin level of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Titanium clip combined with nylon rope is effective in the treatment of massive hemorrhage of digestive tract,which can timely stop bleeding,reduce postoperative perforation and rebleeding,shorten hospital stay,and has clinical application value.
