摘  要:随着风力发电技术的不断发展,风力发电装备齿轮箱轴承的运行性能,对整个风力发电系统的可靠性和效率至关重要。文章介绍了风力发电装备齿轮箱轴承的工作原理与结构特点,详细阐述了标准中对轴承设计、材料、润滑等方面的要求,并结合实际运行数据对轴承的疲劳寿命、温升、振动等运行性能指标进行了分析,探讨了影响轴承运行性能的因素,提出了优化轴承运行性能的措施与建议,旨在为提高风力发电装备齿轮箱轴承的可靠性和运行效率提供参考。With the continuous development of wind power generation technology,the operation performance of wind power generation equipment gearbox bearings is crucial to the reliability and efficiency of the entire wind power generation system.This paper introduces the working principles and structural characteristics of the gearbox bearings in wind power generation equipment,and expounds the requirements for bearing design,material and lubrication in the standard,analyzes the fatigue life,temperature rise,vibration and other operation performance indexes of bearings in combination with the actual operation data,discusses the factors affecting the operation performance of bearings,and puts forward measures and suggestions to optimize the operation performance of bearings.The purpose is to provide reference for improving the reliability and operating efficiency of the gearbox bearing in wind power generation equipment.
