摘 要:目的了解实践教学模式在经管类专业本科生教学中的满意度及意见反馈。方法对2024年春季学期石河子大学经济与管理学院的在校本科生进行问卷调查,调查学生对于所接受的实践教学的满意程度。结果(1)管理类专业的受访同学在实践教学各因素的平均得分均小于经济类专业的受访同学,管理类专业受访同学的期望值高于其他因素得分;(2)一年级学生期望值最高,三、四年级对实践教学的质量感知明显低于一、二年级;(3)学生期望维度的显变量均值在成绩好、中、差组呈现由上到下递减趋势,成绩好坏对学生忠诚基本无影响。Objective To understand the satisfaction and feedback of the practical teaching model in undergraduate teaching of economics and management majors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among undergraduate students of the School of Economics and Management,Shihezi University,in the spring semester of 2024 to investigate their satisfaction with the practical teaching they received.Results①The average scores of respondents from management majors in various factors of practical teaching were lower than those from economics majors,and the expectations of respondents from management majors were higher than their scores in other factors;②First-year students had the highest expectations,while third-and fourth-year students had significantly lower perceptions of the quality of practical teaching than first-and second-year students;③The mean value of manifest variables in the student expectation dimension showed a decreasing trend from top to bottom in the good,medium,and poor achievement groups,and the academic performance had little impact on student loyalty.
