摘 要:为了解初中起点专科层次学前教育专业公费定向师范生的入职适应状况,以M校首届毕业生为研究对象,随机抽取20名毕业生展开访谈调查,遵循扎根理论,以NVivo软件进行质性分析,结果发现:公费定向师范生在工作适应、生活适应、情感适应上遇到不同程度的困难,究其原因,与培养院校、入职单位及个体情况有一定关联。因此建议培养院校应做好校内课程设置、校外实践安排、心理健康辅导;就职单位应营造和谐人文氛围、凸显职工价值、科学规范管理;初任教师需提高专业素养,并做好心理调试。To understand the job adaptation status of junior college-level preschool education majors who are publicly fund-ed and specifically assigned as teachers,a study was conducted on the first graduating class of M school.Twenty graduates were randomly selected for interview surveys.Following the grounded theory approach,qualitative analysis was conducted using NVi-vo software.The results revealed that publicly funded and specifically assigned teachers encounter various difficulties in adapt-ing to their work,life,and emotions.The reasons for these difficulties are somewhat related to the training institutions,the em-ploying units,and individual circumstances.Therefore,it is suggested that training institutions should improve their curriculum design,arrange for extracurricular practices,and provide psychological counseling.Employing units should create a harmonious humanistic environment,highlight the value of employees,and manage in a scientific and standardized manner.Newly appointed teachers need to enhance their professional quality and make psychological adjustments.
