摘 要:目的探讨正电子发射断层显像/X线计算机体层成像仪(positron emission tomography/computed tomography,PET/CT)肿瘤显像的虚拟仿真实验教学平台在核医学实践教学中的应用及效果。方法选取2023年9―10月广西医科大学2020级临床医学专业的157名学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=78)和试验组(n=79)。对照组采用传统实践教学模式,试验组在对照组的基础上联合虚拟仿真平台进行虚拟操作训练。在教学实验前后分别对2组学生进行理论和实践操作考核,比较2组间及组内前后的成绩差异。教学完成后通过问卷调查试验组学生对虚拟实验平台学习的体验和评价。结果试验组学生后测的技能操作成绩、辐射防护成绩和总成绩分别为(37.22±3.75)分、(16.59±4.43)分和(87.28±11.29)分,对照组学生后测的技能操作成绩、辐射防护成绩和总成绩分别为(30.23±5.37)分、(14.65±3.35)分和(78.79±8.07)分,试验组的上述各项成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生的理论、技能操作、辐射防护和总成绩的后测成绩均高于前测成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的问卷调查结果显示,79.8%(63/79)的学生认为该平台有助于提高实践操作技能;86.1%(68/79)的学生认为该平台有助于提高学习效果。结论虚拟仿真实验教学平台的应用有助于提升学生的PET/CT检查和辐射防护实践操作能力,教学效果显著。Objective To explore the application and effect analysis of PET/CT tumor imaging virtual simulation experimental teaching platform in the practical teaching of nuclear medicine.Methods From September to November 2023,a total of 157 students majoring in clinical medicine in the third year at Guangxi Medical University were selected and divided into control group(n=78)and experimental group(n=79)by random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching model,the experimental group adopted the virtual simulation experimental teaching platform for virtual operation training on the basis of control group.Before and after the experiment,the theoretical knowledge and operational skill between and within the two groups were compared,and the experimental group students’perception and evaluation of the virtual simulation experimental teaching model was investigated.Results The post-test outcomes of operational skill score,radiation protection score,and total score of the experimental group were(37.22±3.75)points,(16.59±4.43)points and(87.28±11.29)points,respectively.The post-test outcomes of operational skill scores,radiation protection scores,and total score of the control group were(30.23±5.37)points,(14.65±3.35)points and(78.79±8.07)points,respectively.The three aforementioned post-test outcomes of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The post-test outcomes of theoretical score,operational skill score,radiation protection score,and total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the pre-test,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey results of the experimental group showed that 79.8%(63/79)of students believed that the platform was helpful for improving practical operation skills;86.1%(68/79)of students believed that the platform was beneficial for enhancing their learning outcomes.Conclusion The application of virtual simulation experimental teaching p
