PBL联合文献导读教学模式在核医学教学中的优越性分析

摘  要:聚焦于通过创新教学方法提升核医学专业学生的自主学习意识与创新实践素养,文章对以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)和文献导读法各自的基本含义和优势、劣势进行系统分析。在此基础上,为充分发挥二者优势,提出PBL联合文献导读教学模式,并在核医学科的教学场景中明确了相关实施步骤和注意事项。虽然PBL教学法具备有利于学生全面系统掌握知识、提升学生学习效率等优势,但由于其强调学生的主体地位,存在部分学生可能会产生抵触情绪、教学效果的实现受到学生能力基础的限制等缺陷。将其与文献导读法相结合,可以通过细化教学步骤,为构建和逐步提升学生的科研能力提供充分的空间,以降低学生在教学过程中出现抵触情绪的概率,同时也继续保持了文献导读法有利于强化学生自主学习意识、保持教学内容的学术性与前沿性等优势。Focusing on the enhancement of nuclear medicine students’sense of independent learning and innovation ability through innovative teaching methods,this article systematically analyze the basic meaning,advantages and disadvantages of problem-based learning(PBL)and the literature-guided reading method.On the basis of this analysis,the PBL combined with literature-guided reading teaching model was proposed to give full play to the advantages of both methods,and the relevant implementation steps and precautions were clarified in the teaching scenario of nuclear medicine.The effect analysis shows that although the PBL teaching method has the advantages such as facilitating students’comprehensive and systematic mastery of knowledge and improving students’learning efficiency,due to its emphasis on the students’main position,there are some shortcomings such as some students may be resistant,and the realization of teaching effectiveness is limited by the students’ability base.Combining the PBL teaching method with literature-guided reading method through the refinement of teaching steps,can provides sufficient space for the construction and gradual enhancement of students’scientific research ability,in order to reduce the probability of students’resistance during the teaching process,and at the same time continues to maintain the advantages of literature-guided reading method such as conducive to the strengthening of students’sense of independent learning,and to maintain the academics and the cutting-edge of the teaching content.
