摘 要:目的探讨影响住院医师规范化培训临床教师形成性评价(formative assessment,FA)实施的因素。方法回顾性选取2023年3—6月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院参加住院医师规范化培训的234名带教老师的问卷调查结果,分析住培带教老师对形成性评价的理解程度、形成性评价实施情况和影响临床教师形成性评价实施的因素。结果234名接受调查的带教老师中,非常熟悉形成性评价占10.68%(25/234),熟悉形成性评价占44.02%(103/234),了解形成性评价的占33.33%(78/234);其中23.50%(55/234)常规实施形成性评价;31.62%(74/234)偶有实施形成性评价。影响临床教学中形成性评价实施的多种因素中自我效能是影响住培带教老师形成性评价实施的主要个人因素(89/234,38.03%);内部支持性教学政策是影响住培带教老师形成性评价实施的主要外部因素(105/234,44.87%)。结论自我效能和内部支持性教育政策是影响住培带教老师形成性评价实施的最主要的个人因素和外部因素。Objective To explore the factors that affect the implementation of formative assessment for clinical teachers in standardized training of resident physicians.Methods The questionnaire survey results of 234 teaching teachers in the standardized training of residents in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital,the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School from March to June 2023 were retrospectively selected to analyze the teachers'understanding of formative assessment,the implementation of formative assessment and the factors affecting the implementation of clinical teachers’formative assessment.Results Among the 234 teachers surveyed,10.68%(25/234)were very familiar with formative assessment,44.02%(103/234)were familiar with formative assessment,and 33.33%(78/234)were familiar with formative assessment;among them,23.50%(55/234)of routine implementation formative evaluation;31.62%(74/234)occasionally implemented formative evaluations.Among the various factors that affect the implementation of formative assessment in clinical teaching,the self-efficacy was the main personal factor that affects the implementation of formative assessment by residential training teachers(89/234,38.03%).The internal supportive teaching policy was the main external factor affecting the implementation of formative evaluation for residential training teachers(105/234,44.87%).Conclusion Self efficacy and internal supportive education policies ware the main personal and external factors that affect the implementation of formative evaluation by residential training teachers.
