摘　　要：目的探究五年制临床医学生的本科医学课程成绩与考研录取成功是否有关。方法选取2021年5—10月某军医大学的五年制临床医学生为研究对象,通过问卷星及微信平台进行匿名调查毕业当年考研结果及其本科重要医学课程的成绩,最终获得有效问卷1012份。根据医学生本科毕业当年考研录取情况(是或否)进行分组。根据性别比例进行匹配,最终445名研究对象纳入研究分析,包括未录取组341名(男生比例82.7%)和录取组104名(n=104)。首先比较录取组与未录取组的科目成绩是否存在差异,随后采用logistic回归分析来确定不同医学课程成绩与考研录取结果的关系。结果考研成功录取的学生的各个科目考试成绩高于未被录取的学生。多因素logisctic回归分析表明,内科学成绩较高的学生更有可能被研究生项目录取(β=0.233,OR=1.262,95%CI1.166~1.366,P<0.001);并观察到内科学成绩与考研结果呈“S”形曲线关系。阈值效应分析显示:当内科学成绩≥79分时,成功考研的概率随着内科学分数的增加而增加(OR=1.248,95%CI1.110~1.404,P<0.001)。结论内科学成绩较高(≥79分)的学生更有可能在毕业当年被研究生录取,这提示医学生掌握好内科学知识可能提高其毕业当年考研成功概率。Objective To explore the relationship between undergraduate medical course grades and successful admission to graduate school among five-year clinical medical students.Methods Using anonymous questionnaires distributed through the Wenjuanxing and WeChat platforms among medical students from a certain military medical university during May to October in 2021,the outcomes of the graduate entrance examination at the year of graduation and the grades of important undergraduate medical courses were surveyed.A total of 1012 valid questionnaires were obtained.The students were grouped based on whether they were admitted to graduate school at the year of graduation.Based on the sex matching,The data from the 445 subjects were finally analyzed,including non-admission group(n=341)and admission group(n=104).Firstly,student’s t-test was used to compared the relevant curriculum grades,and multi-variable logistic regression analysis was used to determine the relationship between different medical subject grades and graduate admission results.Results Students who were successfully admitted to graduate schools had higher scores in all subjects than those who were not admitted.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that students with higher scores in internal medicine were more likely to be admitted to a graduate program(β=0.233,OR=1.262,95%CI 1.166-1.366,P<0.001).A“S”-shaped curve relationship was observed between internal medicine scores and graduate school admission results.Threshold effect analysis showed that when the internal medicine score was greater than or equal to 79 points,the probability of successful graduate school admission increased with the increase of the internal medicine score(OR=1.248,95%CI 1.110-1.404,P<0.001).Conclusion Students with higher internal medicine scores(≥79 points)are more likely to be admitted to graduate school at the year of graduation,which suggests that medical students who master internal medicine knowledge may improve their chances of successfully passing the graduate
