摘  要:由于拖拉机新产品开发频繁,拖拉机后箱小锥轴调整垫片在线自动选垫装置无法适应多种新增试制机型的装配,故针对现有拖拉机后箱小锥轴调整垫片的选取及装配特点,设计了一种拖拉机后箱小锥齿轮轴调整垫片的选取检测装置,主要由小锥齿轮轴合件、检测心轴合件、百分表架合件、焊接心轴合件组成。该装置结构简单,方便操作,根据不同机型锥齿轮副安装距L7、定位块到检测心轴合件上的堵头端面之间的实测距离L0及工装尺寸(L1、L2、L3)等算出小锥安装距调整垫片的实际选取厚度,降低新产品开发成本,满足拖拉机新产品试制要求。Due to the frequent development of new tractor products,the on-line automatic gasket selection device for the small bevel shaft adjusting gasket of the tractor trunk can not adapt to the assembly of a variety of new trial models.Therefore,according to the selection and assembly characteristics of the small bevel shaft adjusting gasket of the existing tractor trunk,a selection and detection device for the small bevel gear shaft adjusting gasket of the tractor trunk was designed.The device had a simple structure and was easy to operate.Based on the installation distance L7 of different models of bevel gear pairs,the measured distance L0 between the positioning block and the end face of the plug on the detection shaft assembly,and the fixture dimensions(L1,L2,L3),the actual thickness of the small cone installation distance adjustment gasket was calculated to reduce the development cost of new products and meet the requirements of tractor new product trial production.
