摘  要:汽车热管理系统水温过高故障是纯电动汽车常见故障之一,纯电动车热管理系统的温度是影响纯电动汽车工作性能、安全性能和使用寿命的重要因素。正常情况下,纯电动汽车整车热管理系统利用传感器采集车内温度信号,依靠信号整车VCU发出指令,设备开始工作。当电池、电机的温度高于规定范围时,电子水泵工作,水与制冷剂换热处理,同时散热风扇开始转动,对2个部件进行降温处理;电池、电机低于最优值时,电子水泵停止工作,空气PTC加热升温处理。通过对电动汽车热管理系统水温过高故障类型及特点,探究其故障检测方法,对热管理系统进行故障分析,建立故障树和故障诊断流程图,进而形成纯电动车热管理系统水温过高故障诊断流程的设计。The overheating fault of the water temperature in the automotive thermal management system is one of the common faults in pure electric vehicles.The temperature of the thermal management system of pure electric vehicles was an important factor that affects the working performance,safety performance and service life of pure electric vehicles.Under normal circumstances,the pure electric vehicle thermal management system uses sensors to collect the temperature signal inside the vehicle,relies on the signal vehicle VCU to issue instructions,and the equipment begins to work.When the temperature of the battery and the motor was higher than the specified range,the electronic water pump works,the water and the refrigerant are heat treated,and the cooling fan starts to rotate to cool the two components.When the battery and motor are lower than the optimal value,the electronic water pump stops working,and the air PTC was heated and heated.Based on the fault types and characteristics of electric vehicle thermal management system with high water temperature.Explored the fault detection methods by analyzing the types and characteristics of overheating faults in the thermal management system of electric vehicles.It conducted fault analysis on the thermal management system,established fault trees and fault diagnosis flowcharts,and further formed the design of the fault diagnosis process for overheating of the water temperature in the thermal management system of pure electric vehicles.
