摘 要:山西梗阳新能源有限公司六座焦炉配套三套干熄焦装置,三套电机车交替在线相向运行时易出现车辆碰撞事故。为避免此类事故发生,根据多台套干熄焦模型下熄焦线设备安全运行要求,设计和优化了三套电机车设备运行模式,并通过增设可伸缩机械车挡装置、改造电机车双套走行增量编码器测距和防碰撞同类型产品比较应用,保证了焦炉熄焦线高速运行工况下的稳定顺行。The six coke ovens of Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co.,Ltd.were equipped with three sets of dry quenching devices.When the three sets of electric locomotives alternated inline and ran in opposite directions,vehicle collision accidents were prone to occur.To avoid such accidents,the equipment operation mode of three sets of electric locomotives was designed and optimized based on the safety operation requirements for coke quenching lines under the model of multiple sets of dry quenching devices.By adding a retractable mechanical vehicle stop device,modifying the distance measurement and collision prevention of dual sets of incremental encoders in electric locomotives,and comparing them with similar products,the stable and smooth operation of the coke oven quenching line under high-speed operating conditions was ensured.
