摘　　要：我国超高龄妇女借助人类辅助生殖技术进行生育会导致孕育母体与子代的身心健康及子代社会适应等方面的诸多问题,还会引发社会对生育自主权的争议。要有效应对这些问题及争议,建议在尊重和理解超高龄妇女生育权的基础上,明确该技术实施的年龄上限以保障妇女和子代的身心健康,完善超高龄失独家庭的收养制度并鼓励以收养代替生育;同时应关注超高龄失独家庭的生活困境,积极为其提供全方面的社会关怀与支持。The use of human assisted reproductive technology on advanced age women in China will lead to many problems in the physical and mental health of mothers and offspring and social adaptation of offspring,and will also lead to social disputes over reproductive autonomy.In order to effectively deal with these problems and disputes,it is suggested to clarify the upper age limit for the implementation of this technology on the basis of respecting and understanding the reproductive rights of advanced age women,so as to protect the physical and mental health of women and their offspring,improve the adoption system of advanced age families who have lost their only children,and encourage adoption as an alternative to childbirth.At the same time,we should pay attention to the plight of advanced age families who have lost their only child,and actively provide them with various forms of social care and support.
