摘　　要：目的评价早期乳腺癌治疗中保留乳房手术的临床效果。方法以本院2021年2月—2022年10月收诊的84例早期乳腺癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。对照组采取乳腺癌改良根治术治疗,观察组采取保留乳房手术治疗,对比分析两组患者手术治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术中出血量、引流量均少于对照组(P<0.05),手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组美容优良率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期乳腺癌患者在治疗过程中采用乳房保留手术,能够显著提升治疗效果和美容效果,降低并发症发生率,因此该治疗方案适宜广泛推广。Objective To evaluate clinical effect of breast conserving surgery in treatment of early breast cancer.Methods The paper chose 84 patients with early breast cancer in our hospital from February 2021 to October 2022,and divided them into the observation group(treated with breast conserving surgery)and the control group(with routine treatment)randomly.Surgical curative effect was explored between two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,drainage volume,and length of stay in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The beauty status of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast conserving surgery can improve treatment effect of early breast cancer patients,with ideal recovery,good beauty status,and relatively low complications incidence,which is suitable for promotion and application.
