替硝唑联合氢氧化钙糊剂在慢性根尖周炎根管治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的分析替硝唑联合氢氧化钙糊剂在慢性根尖周炎根管治疗中的效果。方法选取本院2021年2月—2023年9月收治的80例慢性根尖周炎患者为研究对象,根据电脑随机法将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用氢氧化钙糊剂治疗,观察组联合采用替硝唑和氢氧化钙糊剂治疗,对比治疗效果。结果相较于对照组,观察组治疗效果明显,牙周健康指数改善效果明显,炎症因子水平下降幅度更大,疼痛评分低(P<0.05)。结论在慢性根尖周炎根管治疗中,采用替硝唑联合氢氧化钙糊剂的联合治疗方法,治疗效果十分明显,而且患者牙周健康指数有明显改善,炎症因子水平和疼痛评分均明显降低。Objective To analyze the effect of tinidazole combined with calcium hydroxide paste in root canal treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis from February 2021 to September 2323 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly by computer.The control group(n=40)was treated with calcium hydroxide paste,while the observation group(n=40)with tinidazole combined with calcium hydroxide paste.Curative effect was compared.Results The observation group had more significant curative effect than the control group,with significant improvement effect of periodontal health index,low levels of inflammatory factors and pain scores.Comparison of above indicators was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tinidazole combined with calcium hydroxide paste has significant curative effect in treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis,can improve periodontal health index,and reduce inflammatory factors and pain scores significantly.
