吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度痔疮患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究对重度痔疮病症者实施吻合器痔上黏膜环切术的治疗效果。方法选取2019年4月—2022年11月本院收治的80例痔疮患者为研究对象,运用随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用传统外剥内扎术;观察组采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术,针对患者手术治疗各项指标、治疗效果、疼痛程度、并发症、生活质量进行对比分析。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);手术后,两组疼痛程度都有所改善,且观察组患者症状减轻更显著(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对重度痔疮病临床治疗效果进行分析,结果显示吻合器痔上黏膜环切术更能清除病灶,创伤性小,治疗安全性有保障。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of stapled hemorrhoidectomy on patients with severe hemorrhoids.Methods A survey was conducted on 80 patients received by the department in recent years,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received traditional external peeling and internal ligation treatment;Observation group:The intervention of stapled hemorrhoidectomy with mucosal ring resection was performed on 40 patients in each group.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the surgical treatment indicators,treatment effects,pain levels,complications,and quality of life of the patients.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group showed better clinical indicators;Evaluate the therapeutic effect of the observation group,and the effective rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group;Comparing the improvement of patients'pain symptoms,the observation group showed significant improvement;Evaluate the quality of life of two groups,and the results show that the group scores poorly;Record the number of complications,and the observation group had a lower proportion(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical analysis of the treatment of severe hemorrhoids shows that the stapled hemorrhoidectomy can better remove lesions,has less trauma,and ensures treatment safety.
