民办高校生物制药专业大型综合设计性实验探索

摘　　要：开展大型综合设计性实验是高校实验教学改革的一项重要内容。作为民办高校,面临学校实验室建设不足、开放机制不完善、师资力量薄弱、学生依赖性强、精品项目不足、教材不能满足教学需要等问题。我校近几年来采取了完善实验室个性化建设、打造开放平台、加强实验队伍建设、转变学生思维、拓展精品项目、自编实验教材等多项措施,有效保障了大型综合设计性实验的顺利进行,为生物制药这一新兴产业培养出了一批批高素质的应用型人才。The establishment of large-scale comprehensive designing experiment is an important part of the experimental teaching reform in high education.As a private university,in the face of problems such as insufficient laboratory construction,imperfect open mechanism,lack of teacher resources,a lack of high-quality projects,students who rely too much on teachers,and the teaching materials that cannot meet the teaching needs.In the recent years,our university has taken a number of measures,such as improving the personalized construction of laboratories,building an open experimental platform,strengthening the construction of experimental teams,changing students'mindset,expanding high-quality projects,and compiling experimental textbooks,which effectively ensure the smooth progress of large-scale comprehensive designing experiments.And it has cultivated batches of high-quality application-oriented talents for the biopharmaceutical emerging industry.
