摘  要:在精细化学品化学实验教学中采用问题导向学习法,通过改进教学模式、完善课程内容、适应生活实际和优化考核方式等方面开展教学改革。以皂化反应制备肥皂为实例,探讨理论与实践相融合的教学策略。通过理论指导实践,实践验证理论,使学生在熟练实验操作的同时,增强对理论知识的理解,培养学生观察、思考、分析和解决问题的能力,有效提高理论及实验课的教学效果,从而培养学生的终身学习能力、创新实践能力、社会适应能力。The problem-based learning method was applied to the laboratory teaching of fine chemicals chemistry,and the teaching reform was carried out by improving the teaching mode,perfecting course content,applicable to the reality of life and optimizing examination methods.Taking the saponification reaction to prepare soap as an example,this paper discusses the teaching strategy of integrating theory and practice.Guides practice through theory,verifies theory through practice,enables students to enhance their understanding of theoretical knowledge,cultivate students'ability to observe,think,analyze and solve problems while being proficient in experimental operations,and effectively improve the teaching effect of theory and experimental courses,so as to cultivate students'lifelong learning ability,innovative practice ability and social adaptability.
