摘  要:大学化学实验是大学生进行专业技能训练的重要载体,但在实施过程中安全隐患众多,需要严格遵守实验室安全管理的法律法规和实验操作规范,确保实验过程的安全。所以,充分利用相关法律法规知识,将大学化学实验教学与法治教育相互渗透融合,使大学生在开展实验的同时接受法律教育,培养学生用法治思维来分析和解决问题的能力。为此,从实验安全、学术诚信、环境保护、知识产权等方面进行探讨,通过大学化学实验教学中法律知识的渗透,学生在实验中学到专业知识的同时提高自身法律素养,明白其中蕴含的社会责任,成为一个知法守法的化学人才;同时也给进行实验教学的老师以启发,在以身作则的同时使大学化学实验及培养方案更加完善。College chemistry experiment is an important carrier for college students to carry out professional skills training.However,there are many safety hazards in the implementation process.It is necessary to strictly abide by the laws and regulations of laboratory safety management and experimental operation norms to ensure the safety of the experimental process.Therefore,we should make full use of the knowledge of relevant laws and regulations,integrate the teaching of college chemistry experiment with the education of rule of law,so that college students can receive legal education while carrying out experiments,and cultivate students'ability to analyze and solve problems with the thinking of rule of law.Therefore,this paper discusses from the aspects of experimental safety,academic integrity,environmental protection,intellectual property rights and so on.Through the infiltration of legal knowledge in college chemistry experiment teaching,students can not only learn professional knowledge in the experiment,but also improve their legal literacy,understand the social responsibility contained in it,and become a chemical talent who knows and abides by the law.At the same time,it also inspires the teachers who carry out experimental teaching,and makes the university chemistry experiment and training program more perfect while setting an example.
