摘  要:随着技术的发展,离心式压缩机机组的功率越来越大,对机器基础的要求也越来越高,离心式压缩机基础的分析需要进行详细阐述。特别是框架式压缩机基础的设计非常重要,首先其与压缩机的稳定性与安全性有着密切的关系,会直接影响到设备的使用寿命以及性能。其次,合理的设计能够在一定程度上减少振动以及噪声,提升工作环境的舒适度。最后,还有助于提高效能降低能耗。结合工程实例,针对框架式压缩机基础的设计进行了详细的介绍。With the development of technology,the power of centrifugal compressor units is getting larger and larger,and the requirements for machine foundations are also.The analysis of centrifugal compressor foundations needs to be elaborated in detail.In particular,the design of frame-type compressor foundations is very important.Firstly,it is closely related to the stability and safety of the compressor,which will directly affect the service life and performance of the equipment.Secondly,reasonable design can reduce vibration noise to a certain extent,improving the comfort of the working environment.Finally,it also helps to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.Combining engineering examples,paper provides a detailed introduction to the design of frame-type compressor foundations.
